1. 植物发育的分子基础: 本研究方向主要研究植物开花时间、有性生殖、种子发育等植物发育的重要科学问题,尤其是研究植物细胞全能性和器官发育的分子机制。目的旨在解析上述发育过程的基因调控网络,阐明植物发育的细胞分子基础。 2. 植物生物技术: 本研究方向主要分离控制重要农艺性状的基因,改良小麦和玉米的重要农艺性状和品质性状,提高作物产量,改良作物品质。 | ||

1.植物发育的分子基础:本方向主要研究植物干细胞和分生组织的形成和维持、器官发育和植物细胞全能性的分子机制。 2.植物生物技术:本方向主要研究将植物干细胞技术应用于植物生物技术育种和快繁。 科研简介:主要以植物发育为主线,重点研究植物干细胞和分生组织的形成和维持、器官发生和发育以及种子大小和品质的调控机制;离体条件下,植物干细胞多能性和全能性的表达及植株再生的机制;将植物干细胞技术应用于作物快繁和育种。近年来主持科技部国家重大科学研究计划项目、国家转基因生物新品种培育重大专项重大课题、国家自然科学基金重点项目和im体育自然科学基金重大基础研究项目等多项国家级和省级科研课题。先后在《NatureCommunications》、《PNAS》、《Plant Cell》、《Molecular Plant》等重要学术刊物发表高水平学术论文130余篇,多次应邀在重要国际国内学术会议上做大会报告。先后两次获im体育自然科学奖一等奖,授权国家发明专利九项,申报植物新品种保护权两项。培养博士和硕士研究生100余人。 学术兼职 中国遗传学会常务理事、中国作物学会常务理事、中国植物学会监事、im体育欧美同学会副会长。 im体育 通讯地址:im体育泰安市泰山区岱宗大街61号, im体育农业大学im体育,271018 联系电话: 0538-8249418 E-mail: zhangxs@7672049.com 联系地址:im体育农业大学校岱宗校区国重楼601房间 | ||
